Clarendon is located just South of Rutland in Central Vermont, but it's also a short drive to Manchester, Ludlow or Killington.

Our COAZEH community of homes is located on Bump Road. It has spectacular long range views of the Green and Taconic mountains. It consists of open fields and lush wooded areas that are available for our tenants to enjoy.

Phase 1 of our North Clarendon community, starting in Fall of 2020 will consist of 2 net-zero homes. Phase 2 will begin in Spring of 2021 and consist of 8 homes.
