Our homes are in rural Vermont country settings. They are designed to provide relaxing spaces with enough room for outdoor activities. They use the latest technologies and are custom designed and built with efficiency, comfort, safety, and affordability in mind.

We know the importance of outdoor activity to your health and happiness. That's why our homes are all built in areas that give you opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities.

Net Zero Homes

We work with efficiency experts to custom design and build our all electric homes with the latest building technologies. The homes don't use any fossil fuels and we have enough solar capacity to cover their electricity, heating and cooling some even have Generac PWRcell battery systems.

Hassle Free Living

Our rentals include lawn care, snow removal, garbage pick up and most maintenance tasks. This means you can sit back and enjoy sustainable, single family living without all of the hassle and expenses that come with owning and maintaining a home. We also offer concierge services, such as house cleaning and grocery delivery for an extra charge. Please contact us for details.

Our Homes

We custom design and build our homes for affordable and comfortable zero energy living. We use only quality materials, mechanical systems and appliances. Our single family homes are single level and have open floor plans for easy entertaining and accessible living. Powered by renewable energy and super insulated, the homes are environmentally friendly and very comfortable in winter and summer.

Our Locations

Our homes are located in rural Vermont areas providing nice, quiet country settings, that are just a short walk or drive to shopping, restaurants and many of Vermont's summer and winter activities.

OUR SERVICE

We strive to provide you with everything you need for your hassle free life. Our rental agreements cover the most common services, like lawn mowing and snow removal and we also offer other concierge services for an additional fee.

There is a shortage of quality, affordable, single family rentals and almost none are zero energy. That's because, even with incentives and rebates, it is still quite a bit more expensive to build a zero energy home than it is to build a traditional home.
